Strictly speaking, they will accept all those within the age limits. However, in practice, when there is competition, the elder kids usually have a better chance. But of course, we have seen a few exceptions. We can never rule out that some kids are more "mature" than those of the sam age group and can outperform the elder ones.
As a general issue, I prefer my kids to be big B rather than small B. That is more helpful to their development especially in the early ages. |
