During the first round of P.1 admission, if the marks are the same, say 25 points, when the govenment ballot these applicants with 25 points, will preference being given to those in the same address net? Or address is completely irrelevant? Pls advise.

Thank you. It does mention they will allcoate places according to the marks. However, it does not mention how they allocate places if people have the same marks. Pls advise.
