I do not see the point. Why do you want to tell ESF about SIS? you think they will admit your son because of that? So funny. 
The policy of ESF is to provide education to kids who cannot attend local school and the vacancy is limiting. So, I think, if you son is already admitted by SIS, ESF might think they should offer the place to someone who really needs it. Is this what you want?
