Where are you parents?
My daughter is in HWR on P.3.
I happen to drop by this 油蔴地天主教小學 board and am surprised to see the board is empty. I am the first one to post here, what an honor 
I attempted to think, what makes this empty room and got a pleasing answer. The two schools have well established communication channels between parents and schools.
The channels, formal and informal, are more than just a standard PTA. Parents with any kind of questions can just go directly to the right party for a prompt anaswer. So why should we need a info exchange platform like BK?
BK is doing a great job netting the HK community for sure. Just from this post I learned what it implies when I see a massive posting on a particular school.
