Just share my limited information, hope it useful

啟思 - new school, just start from 2006, school fee -
$4,xxx. IB, very creative, just like international schoool.

播道 - New School, also start from 2006, school fee-
$1,xxx, school campus is big.

if only compare with school campus -  播道 is more
beautiful and big than 啟思.

But if compare with 教學, For my own opinions,
I wil choose 啟思, since their Net teacher is more than Evangel, their principal is come from ESF.
教學方式 same as int'l school. of course if you compare with school fee,  Evangel more attrative

Creative Secondary School (CSS) is very creative in teaching.  it is adopting IB approach but with local text/content.  (CSS is taking the Middle Year program (MYP) of IB and will develop IB at Form 5-6; it also allows students to opt the local education syllabus for local education).  CSS is also a candidate school of the International School  Council, but I'm not sure whether it can be regarded as an International School.

As CSS will only have Form 2 and Form 1 students (CSS didn't take Form 2-Form7 students when it started its operation in 2006) in 2007-2008, there seems to be more resources on each student.

It is hard to tell whether 播道 is bigger or not as it consists of Primary school and Secondary school whilst CSS is a Secondary school only.  But, 播道 seems quite beautiful.

For school fee, CSS is much more expensive.  Hopefully, it will provide much better quality education.

Both schools seem very good.
