There are 2 Disney channel. One is 441 & other is 442. The one of 442 is more suitable for age below 6. The children may find it easy to understand. My personal view is that channel 442 is better than T?B and A?V. You may try

No English subtitles, but the channels are in biligual.

You may also subscribe Nickelodeon (channel #444), it has "Dora The Explorer" and "Jimmy Neutron. Yes, these channels are much much better than local TV channels.
