I attended the briefing session, they only said the student apply for outstanding student school fee remission should be the number 1 student and conduct B r above, which is 100% no need to pay for the school fee under Principal recommendation.
If some students are financial disadvantage can also apply for school fee remission subject to Principal recommendation and top ten in the class and conduct B or above.
A very sensible question did raised during Q & A sezzion, we need to fill in the student indentification number from EMB. From last year's experience, the deadline is closed before EMB issued the no. to school and then pass on to us. Therefore, you are no need to fill in the no. but submit the no. to SPCC later.
Another issue is you need to ask your kid's Principal to write recommendation letter separately, because the Principal recommendation scheme only valid your family income less than certain amount can use their school fee remission application form.
