***人地主流名校，係精制英，你成績有少少退步，除時被 out。因此，學生真係可以個個都有番咁上下水平。***

It is also true but those students are mostly good at exam only but not problem solving.  

Those elite local schools are good at producing the "bodies", "local professionals", "effective implementators" and "followers" but not the "brains", " global professionals", "philosophers", and "leaders".

***佢地亦會願意收一 d 有學習問題 ( 如讀寫障礙，專注力差等)，甚至輕微殘障的小朋友；亦因此，有部份本地香港學生的家長會有微言，覺得點解自己的小朋友會同有問題的孩子一班。***

For those top international schools, they are highly competitive and not easy to be admitted and you can hardly find a case like that.  

For ESF schools, they do not screen the applicants but ESF has a special school to cater for those students needed extra care.

I don't know whether those less competitive international schools have this problem or not because of the starving for students.
