I think the most important thing is to support your child. Trust your child. She's already very poor at school. If you let her feel that you don't believe her and think it's her own problem to bring about this situation, she'll be even more upset.
Agree, no matter is it a problem of your daughter or not, she need your help, but you also need to investigate the reasons.
