My 6 yrs old girl is having a drawing class at 青苗琴行 in 藍田啟田商場. She started the course this month and attended 2 lessons up till now. I don't know if it is 高質素 but she enjoys it.

我的小朋友在油塘畫畫已兩年，之前參加過其他畫室感到不大合適直至找到油塘這間畫室真是眼界大開。導師們很有經驗，按小朋友的能力分班，以深入淺出的分法教授小朋友繪畫的技巧，用Brainstorm的形式増強小朋友的作畫意念，增強小朋友的創作力。小朋友每次完畫班都很有滿足感和非常珍惜他們的作品，真是值得推介，如有需要可以PM details給你。

I think they don't have centre there but they will open some courses in the kindergarten, youth centre or club houses. So maybe you can check with them that is there any courses nearby in those kindergarten, youth centre and club houses.
