for private playgroup
actually he/she does not need to stay a centre for whole day, but need the registered licence for every programme.

It's hard to say, as it depends on other factors like:
- expr of the teacher in the field
- any other diplomas or certificates in the early childhood area
- no. of years in teaching
- language ability
- personality and characters...
- etc...

if I wanted a teacher who is holding a diploma, native english, mature but experience is not essential??

Still lots of factors, e.g.:
- is it one-to-one?
- is it in your home?
- do you provide all the Montessori materials/tools/toys?
