I think your baby is too small to come up with a conclusion of saying whether he is autistic or not even though he has some 'minor' symptons. Again, such behavior may not necessarily mean that the child is autistic. Autism is quite a complicated term which can be caused by various reasons. But, it is not a genetic matter.
I suggest you go through our different columns here and you can then find tons of information.
For a 4-month old baby, there is still many room for improvement even though he now falls a bit behind.
But maybe you should start to make sure your baby is not exposed to environmental pollution, avoid junk food and vaccinations with mercury, etc. Please refer to the other column under "Biomedical Treatment for ASD kids".
No need to worry too much but spend more time with your baby! This is my advice.
