有d直資會要求家長(or代勞)取消上一間直資留位
不過, 我記得當時果個教統局staff, 係話教統局無一定要求學校咁做, 即係話, 完全depend on學校自己決定

I have the same question...

After signing the decaration form requested by DSS during registration, is it for sure no more lucky draw, but can I still apply for other private primary school or DSS?

Some parents told me that some DSS knew whether your child had been accepted by other DSS or not (probably through Education Bureau) and thus when you apply for another DSS, the chance would be lowered, is it true? Say for DBS.

I've made a clarification with Education Bureau. She didn't give me an exact answer, but she told me that the only one thing they would do is "they would cancell our right of lucky draw after receiveing our registration in DSS.". They will not pay any attention on commitment between we & other schools.

If I was right, the answers of your questions are :
Lucky Draw - No
DSS & Private Schools - Yes
