I highly recommend Nottingham Children's Campus in Kowloon Tong. You may not be impressed with the place, small, but here's what i like:
- teachers (excellent. Miss Angel, really like an angel, so kind and so committed to the kids and would talk to you about your child; Miss Windy - so kind and happy go lucky. - Hygiene - kids and parents must remove shoes before going to the classroom. Isn't it so important for their young age? I'm surprised not all schools do this.

p/s: actually, Cannon in Kowloon Tong is also not bad. I find the teachers Mdm Ho and the young ones very committed too
