Dear all,

Can anyone of you watch the Campus TV video clips from the school website now?

Somehow, I cannot watch both the new ones and the old ones!!
I have been using the Windows Media Player to try but in vain.
Some sort of incompatibility message pops up every time I try.

they have interviewed my wife and son on the interview day!!!
maybe we can see them in the recent video clip!!!!

Really?? Actually, that was my confidential arrangement for your family!!

However, according to the past experience, the school will only upload video clips showing successful applicants’ faces!!

Worst-come-to-worst, in case you cannot see the video clip of your wife and your son on TSL’s website before Nov 23rd, that implies the school will “file your son’s application for future reference”!!

BTW, why don’t you do a test for me??

I would like to know whether it’s the problem of
a) my computer, b) the version of the Windows Media Player in my computer, or c) the video clips/school website??

Can you go to TSL’s website now and then click “Campus TV” on the right side and then click any of the 6 video clips in the middle of the screen and see whether you can watch any one of these or not??

no, i can't read the video files neither...
i got the same kind of problem for the interview run down video at the beginning before they fixed it!

it's really a long time to wait until 29th oct....

Thanks a lot.

Actually, I guess we do not need to send email to the teacher/staff-in-charge again as according to Bluestar’s earlier information, whenever we make some new posts on E.K., it means the school and the teacher/staff-in-charge will also know our requests immediately!!

We should really thank Bluestar for informing us about this so we can save a bit of our time in taking care of our children.

Dear our e-Principal,

Following is the reply from our Campus TV's teacher, please see if it's work or not. If not, I'll tell the teacher.

"Thanks for telling me the problem. I did not know that many parents could not view the videos online. I think it's because of the setting of the software.
If you are using Windows, you should be using Windows Media Player. Please try the following :

1. At the Menu Bar of Windos Media Player, click TOOLS.
2. Click OPTIONS.
3. Choose NETWORK.
4. UnTick "RTSP/UDP" and unTick "RTSP/TCP", Tick "HTTP".
5. Click OK.
6. Close the Windows Media Player.
7. Click the links on Campus TV website again.
If it still doesnt work, please let me know.
