May be your BB still hungry even after the milk.
My daughter is 6 months old now, when she was 1 - 2 months old, she was always crying after her meal because she was not full. Try to give your BB some more milk. Or your BB can take a rest after the first part of milk, and around 15 minutes - 30 minutes later after he burp, give him another 1 - 2 oz, see whether he can finish or not.
