Dear drslum,
Don't be so upset. We coudn't get a seat from St. Mary's either. On 3/6, we've submitted the portfolio and letter to St. Mary's right after we got the result. The staff said they will need to complete the registration stage before they deal with the applicants in the "knocking door" stage. So, I guess the earliest time they will answer or call for interview will be in early July.
I also confirmed with EMB this morning that we don't have to go for registration at the allocated school if we have a confirmed private school, provided that you are 100% sure that your won't let your daughter study in the allocated one.
