are your kid studying there?  


My kid studying Phonic class in Joyful Tsuen Wan, but i think the teacher is not really enjoy to teaching children. (i.e. the teacher not cheerful, at least absent once a month, late, and so on..... )

my kid study at Joyful English Centre (Tsuen Wan), and the place and location not really good at all. their management was very disappointed as well. somehow, when pick up the kid, they will ask all moms and dads to go out and wait at the narrow lift lobby rudely. that's why I don't like.
besides, the teacher will absent TWICE a month or she will be late for the class without notice. anyway, the feelings of this centre is  

Besides, as we known that Joyful English (TST Branch) will be closed very soon.  

is there any other comment of Joful English?

,my kids also study there before Joyful TW.. i feel that their management is absolutely bad.. they change their policy without any notice... and very rude to the parent..and my kids also said that dont want to go there and i dont know why..

yes, I do really agreed with other said.  the reception (the one with the age 50+ woman) is 1000% impolite.  my husband said, the centre seems not small, how comes those management so poor.  I spent over a year, but they have NO improvement.  only changing , changing policy.  Not concerning us.

they said they have the nursery course, but i don't think they can manage to take care baby under 2 yrs old.
