i have opend a topic about JIS last month, but it has gone already...

there are not much discussion on JIS, why??

Is JIS far away from Tai Po town centre ??

What kind of info you want to know about JIS? It takes about 10 minutes driving distance from Jis to Taipo Centre. Taxi fee is around $20 from Taipo KCR station.

Hi, I has just knew a mix couple (mummy Japanese, Daddy Chinese) with 2 daughters (aged 4 and 1). They were considering to move back to Hong Kong, now they are living in Japan. They want to know more the school in Hong Kong before making any decision.

Can anyone help them ?
The elder daughter speaks English and Japanese.

Yes.

The principle is the only interviewer and parents can stay with their kid. It's quite informal, like chit-chat but the principle will pass the kids a picture book (e.g. Spots) and ask question about the book- check the kid's vocab and oral skill. Is it simple and straight-forward? If the principle think that the kid cannot express well in english but still wants to admit he/she, he/she will be put on a wait list until there is a seat for ESL (English as a second language)kid. Number of ESL seats per grade = 1/4 of the total class size.
