Maybe we have missed a point. Are all those principals up to standard? Do they need bench mark test for being a principal? The pressure on the teachers may be due to incompetent principals.
Last year my son was allocated a low standard primary school. I saw the principal; he looks like a couch potato. With his gigantic tummy, he can hardly move.
Do you think that EMB should test all those principals and dismiss those incompetent. I think that no teacher will complaint this time. |
