推薦信的結構：
第一段：
• 推薦人與申請人的關係。
• 推薦人是在什麼環境下認識申請人，以及相識多久。
• 申請人希望申請的哪一個學期和科系。
第二段：
• 推薦人對申請人資格評估。
• 推薦人初識申請人時，對他有何特別的印象。
• 舉例證實推薦人對於申請人的評估結果。
第三段：
• 對於申請人個人特質的評估（如：溝通能力、成熟度、抱負、領導能力、團隊工作能力，以及正直等），或是有哪些需要改進的地方。
結論：
• 推薦人對於申請人的整體評估。
• 評估申請人完成學業以後，未來在個人和專業上的發展。
• 申請人會為這個科系及團體帶來什麼貢獻。
