As i knew, the ratio is based on the past school assignment history. But these ratio have used for severals years la, do you know when may be adjusted or changed? Or any other standard to set the ratio??

EMB=no its own secondary school, so its students need to classify into 3 group and assigned to diff. 官津 by (EMB)government.
