My little daughter just registered yesterday in TSL. My elder daughter is studying in P.3 now, she is happy to go to school and teachers are good. Their English standard is very high. If your kid is studying in TSL, they will give all the writing memo to you in English and the words are very warm and lovely. It is a good school. Give more confidence in studying in TSL.

My son just registered TSL yesterday. How do you think about TSL's academic result. I read that only 30+% students go to band1 school, and heard it's because it changed to DSS a few years ago so the government 'reset' the % to 1/3. Have you heard about this? Is it true?

Headmistress, Mrs. Li talked about this issue to parents in the parents conference a week age. She reassured that parents should not have to worry at this moment as the government allocation of secondary school is changed every year. Some secondary school may change to DSS in few years, it will be advantage for TSL students who are out-spoken and presentable. Moreover, the rating would be changed this year as P.6 students are under DSS, so they will have good results which will improve the banding of the school later. I hope this information will help you.

As TSL students are very cheerful, outspoken and fluent in Englisht and Mandarin. They will be sure to win the game easily at the interview performance. Now, the system at P.6 can only choose one secondary school for lot draw. However, if schools are changed to DSS, students can apply more than one secondary school for interview. It would be better for parents to make choice.
