the education system is extremely focused on academic performance.(more so than in HK)
If your kid can't do well in core subjects like maths, english, science and 2nd language(need not be mandarin) he will be miserable in a singapore school.Not much credit given for things like music, sports etc.

國內小學有分國際班和普通班,一般要通過筆試,國際班以英,普文為主,有好多台,韓學生,每年約5萬個大洋,普通班則萬多至4萬多不等,要視乎邊間學校,中,數,體就好勁,英文,電腦就同HK差好遠囉.....但環境就一流

我班fd都會另外請補習補番d英文.

睇有國際班同小學部嗰d,而省重點學校係公校,成績好勁架,都會收港生架...

最好約時間實地參觀,仲可以試埋佢地嘅飯堂添
