Agree with Eva. Every student are different, some of them might be very clever, doesn't mean the ohters are stupid. May be the time is not arrive yet. My brother studied in St.Paul College before and he also told me that the classes are seperate in different levels. But he didn't have any hard feel, it is better becasue all their standard are the same, less pressure to face the high points classmates.
