Principal Yau will properly talk about the teachers leaves and the purposes of the tests on that day.

However, I dont't care what he will say about the leaves of the teachers. Also, it's too late for him to explain to us how the tests are used for and why such tests are needed.

You are right as the test has been done by then. But why don't you care about the leaving of teachers ? I hope the principal will also clarify the so much rumour about the school. This would help to keep our peace of mind.

I do care about the leaves of the teachers but I don't care what Principal Yau will talk or explain about it. There are always pros and cons of changes.

Some teachers left years before did find very good jobs. I remember I saw it from a newspaper that one had taken up the job of principal at another secondary school.

Regarding the current leaves of the teachers, what reasons will you expect from the principal ?
- Too heavy work load ? (only one or two as explained by the principal at newspaper)
- Better prospect, better positions at other schools?
- Personal reasons ?
- Not agree with him ?
- Not willing to be a brown-nose ? (馬屁精)
- Changing occupations ?
- Further study ?

Of course, there are many bad impacts to have high staff turnover rate. But, it may not be good if a school has none of teachers leaving. I believe many will-be-殺校 have very low staff turnover rate. If a company is good, many other companies are interested to hunt the staff of the company but vice verse.
