啲人跟教育四個口都係跟風牆頭草，對教育制度問題缺點視而不見！

之前城大有教職員向傳媒披露嗰啲招數嚟呃評分，我才刻意去了解點解UGC咁喜歡睇排名，上有所好，下必甚焉！

佢比較偏向將美國/北美嘅大學排高好多(如果跟H-index嗰d冇可能錦高)。當然啦佢consider嘅factor唔只academic reputation，但計埋都唔似可以錦高。

你提到的問題QS可能更嚴重。偏向性係偏向英語系嘅大學，北美加英聯邦。
