Depends what you're looking for.
If you're looking for a traditional, all round, British boarding school experience, there's really only one choice, CLC.

We are seeking a day school, either state or private.

The state school mentioned above has already accepted my daughter for sixth form starting this September.

If we opt for a private school, we are considering CLC or Freeman (London). Do you have any recommendations for state schools?

State schools not my forte. But those who know me here know I'm fairly knowledgeable about Independent schools in the UK. Both my daughters are at CLC.

If you are looking for day school, choose one with the majority as day students, or vice versa.
Don’t go to one with the majority boarding, or you will be missing a lot after school activities, including tutorials if you’re in a high achieving sixth form school.

I vote for CRGS if you are looking for state school. Besides day school, a small number of boardings is available. The school academic result is excellent, it receives 43 Oxbridge offers this year.

Amongst three top state schools, you may consider their gender mix.
Though their Sixth Form is co-ed, St Michael's Barnet (girls only up yo Y11) has more girls while CRGS (boys only up to Y11) has more boys in SF.

Your list of schools has locations all around the UK, including London. In London, there are plenty of other excellent private girls day schools such as SPGS, CLSG, G&L and a few GDST schools.

I would immediately discount OIC and QE.

CLC is primarily a boarding school.

A*=60 A=50 B=40 C=30 D=20 E=10
APS then mapped to a Grade
