We're getting in touch to let you know that unfortunately your upcoming flight from London Heathrow to Hong Kong has been cancelled.

Due to ongoing operational complexities, we have taken the difficult decision to extend our pause in operations between the UK and Hong Kong with the intention to
resume services on 26 March 2023.

This means your flight will not operate as planned and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. At this time, we’re unable to rebook you on to an alternative service.

I doubt if they will really resume services next Easter!!
