請問大家, oneyear GCSE course或 IGCSE裏的英文科Englishas second Language(ESL)，是否都不被廣納接受?例如排名較高的大學都要求學生在申請入學時另考IELTS，即使ILETS成績OK，但有效期只有兩年，畢業後找工作會否較輸蝕?例如在應徵香港公務員職位時，會被怎樣看待?有什麼補救方法?請教各位的經驗或意見

International General Certificate of Secondary Education ( IGCSE )／ General Certificate of Secondary Education ( GCSE )／General Certificate of Education (Ordinary Level) ( GCE O Level ) 中 國 語 文 科 及 英 國 語 文 科 C 級 和 D 級 成 績 ， 在 政 府 聘 任 公 務 員 時 ， 會 分 別 被 視 為 等 同 香 港 中 學 文 憑 考 試 ／ 香 港 中 學 會 考 中 國 語 文 科 及 英 國 語 文 科 第 3 級 和 第 2 級 成 績 。 應 用 學 習 中 文 （非 華 語 學 生 適 用）科 目 的 「達 標」 和 「達 標 並 表 現 優 異」 成 績 會 分 別 獲 接 受 為 香 港 中 學 文 憑 考 試 中 國 語 文 科 第 2 級 和 第 3 級 成 績 。
Grade C and Grade D in Chinese Language and English Language in International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) / General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) / General Certificate of Education (Ordinary Level)(GCE O Level) are accepted as comparable to Level 3 and Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language respectively in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) / HKCEE for civil service appointments. "Attained" and "Attained with Distinction" results in the Applied Learning Chinese (for non-Chinese speaking students) subject is accepted respectively as meeting the Chinese language proficiency requirements of Level 2 and Level 3 in Chinese Language in HKDSEE.
