My daughter tried before when she applied Year 9. Both Interview and Entrance Exam are not difficult. I would say much easier that other girls' schools.
Yes , UKISET for the first round application, if your results meet the school requirements, they will request you to sit their entrance tests on English, Maths and Non verbal Reasoning!
Oh it is more difficult than years ago. When my daughter applied with Rodean, no UKISET is needed. Your daughter is smart, can handle both UKISET and School exam.
