my kids is a ex-student of tutor time playgroup & nursery class. I have bad experience w/ this school. My kids have 2 time come back from school w/ the cloth damage w/ bleach. We also have 2 times that the school didn't passed the memo for the class stop for field trip & parants day.
The bleach issue, I complained directly to the principle in kln tong but that time he is not in hk & handle by the redhill principle, she promised me will give me a black & wht explaination about such careless handle. Bleach is posion! But up to today they didn't give me reply. I complain again w/ the kln tong principle again, he told me he did reply personally & told me my e-mail address is wrong!!! up to today i still get no reply. Such a non-responsible school. I want file the complain to education dept but i don't know where to go.
Pls suggest where i should go.
