my son goes to Blink in Causeway Bay.  They open not long ago, so they are not so busy...but the atmosphere in the class is good.  my son loves to go there!

You may also try Kids Zone in Causeway Bay.  It is a new centre too but the environment is absolutely perfect.

Try www.friends.edu.hk, however, the kids must be at least K2.
