案件完結

單case昨日終於完左,法官判我贏
以往安慰過我的,我再次講聲多謝

今日我也將件事講左比校長聽,亦將個衰人張相比左校長,校長亦會同校監講
希望佢無可能再害倒其他人

Jessica Ng Wai Shan represented to me  that she was a full time teacher of German Swiss International Primary School,and was familiar with the headmasters of several famous primary schools such as La Salle Primary school,Marynoll primary school,DBSPD etc....

In sepember 2004,  i through  bk member steffy063  and know jessica, i employed  her as a part-time private tutor to teach my kid in respect of the subjects for English and Japanese

Since my kid would go to P.1 in the coming Sept  , she represented  to me that she was willing and able to assist the matter. Accordingly, i provided a recommendation profile of my kid with her for application and reservation purposes.

In mid of  last oct, during a causal chatting, she represented to me that  was a very profitable to make investment in USA and a high rate return (20%)could be generated within short term period.

Due to the inducement of and the trust on her , i paid to her for the U.S investment.

but in april, without prior notice, she had suddenly disasppeared and was absent the arranged tutorials to teach my kid, since then, the employment relationship between the parties has been terminated.

In early of may , i was able to contact again with her, Upon negotiations, she agreed and  undertook to repay the money to me but her promises were turned out to be dishonoured.


She represented she is hold a PHD , and have  a 2 years old gived girl, and her husband is a doctor, and also her parent are  lawyers
on the other hand , she said she is a model and artist

and also she represented she know 5 language too

That's great of the case is ended and don't waste your time anymore.  Let's focus on the new school life of your lovely.  

I've talked to my daughter teacher and her timetable already full.  She suggest to make it with your son if she will move to HK.

Sounds horrible. Must be a very bad experience for you and your family. Is everything she said not true? Was she a teacher of any schools that she mentioned?

我剛在 欣澄ma 那邊發表了, 但因為你這件事另有topic, 所以要即時轉過來, 再傾埋落去.  首先都要恭喜你贏了, 但是那騙子有受到法律制裁嗎?  如你所提到有一位private tutor是她介紹--那人是在b.k.網嗎?  有沒有投訴過(給網站長)?
我依家有時都覺得真係一樣米養萬樣人!!!
我依家就講吓我堂家姊最近嘅見聞.  佢阿囡兩年前入咗尖沙咀一間小學, 依家二年級, 九月三年;  話說佢阿囡一年級開學無耐, 佢番學校開會, 有位好友善嘅家長就同佢閒談, 講到之前唔知會去到邊間學校嘅緊張心情! 我堂家姊就快人快語話自己都算好彩, 今次抽到名校, 因為佢哋又冇宗教, 又冇人事, 已經輸比好多人.  但果位家長就話, 我都冇宗教, 我仲唔係呢區? 但總算好彩啦....!  我堂家姊當時就諗呢位家長一定識d mug 嘢猛人啦!  後來, 同佢個囡一班有個同學就有一次同一個同學仔講 : <我哋係 x 國 x 相 阿嫂個friend, 即係我媽咪個friend介紹我哋入嚟讀嫁! 不過無我媽咪介紹, 佢個friend係唔會幫嫁!>  我堂家姐就問另一個同區一齊坐校車嘅家長, 個家長話聽過佢問做生意嘅x太, 果仔係唔係想入九龍塘果間xx, x太又好坦白話依家有錢都唔係易, 果位家長即刻比咗張卡片佢, 原來佢個識得阿 x 國 x 相阿嫂個密友係大保險公司嘅經紀!!! 各位覺得... 或者各位想唔想像到, 竟然有人用x國x相阿嫂跑嚟比人情咁多人嘅好事係為mug嘢?!
