兩間嘅conditional offer差不多一樣, 請教大家意見應該邊一間好啲呢 ?

聽講PCLL如果外國返嚟比較難有位, 是不是 ?

出嚟做嘢係唔係英國讀完返嚟會好啲, 比較容易入到啲大firm ?

英國讀完相信的英文都會好啲掛. 是不是 ?

Normally a good 2:1 degree is required from Warwick

出嚟做嘢係唔係英國讀完返嚟會好啲, 比較容易入到啲大firm ?
It is now very competitive in securing a TC from city firms. In both cases, the candidate is expected to be among the top students. Near native English and good Chinese is required.

英國讀完相信的英文都會好啲掛. 是不是 ?
Yes, but Chinese is also important nowadays.

If CU is chosen, should try to get a place for exchange at one of the top Us overseas.

係咪讀中大容易啲有pcll位呀？入唔到pcll就做唔到律師㗎喇。咁讀中大係咪好似好啲？但啲人又話啲city firm鍾意請外國返嚟 . 都唔知點揀 !!

If you worry about getting a place for PCLL, forget about applying for TC in city firms.

I would consider the quality, cost and the chance of getting into PCLL.

Secondary students studying LLB, CUHK > Overseas degree (except oxbridge)

Local graduates, overseas law equalivent degrees > CUHK JD

Just go for the CUHK LLB. It has a decent placement rate to PCLL. Also much cheaper.

Warwick LLB is not superior to CUHK LLB. Plus, it is much more expensive.

Unless, budget is not a concern, and you really want a few years experience of immersing in an English speaking world.

But note that Warwick has many Hong Kong people. I know many Warwick students in UK barely speak English as they only hang around with the Hong Kong crowd.
