Don't know which Caritas Ballet you are referring to, maybe Prince Caritas has better facilities, but TW Caritas is using classroom.
Re exams, it is all upto the teachers to permit the kids to join or not, parents have no say. I know a parent who request very hard for her kid to join exam, but still got refused, and her kid is not allowed to promote. So the kid is very disappointed.
This also happened to my kid last year. So I quited and let my daughter joined a formal ballet school. She has taken exam in May and will promote to upper grade accordingly. I am happy to see that she is learning very professionally now.
