Yup....Miss HK Grace Chan also graduated from SFU....
It is hard to tell whether you can find a job. It depends on which jobs you are looking for and which subject you are taking.... the background of every applicant is individual and unique.... it is hard to tell you the actual situation... It is true that many people would come back HK for better prospect and lower tax.
