任何考試都有不同水平的考生，考試的目的就是要把這些不同的考生區分出來。
這批m1/m2考生多數是數學比較 ...
Not up to me to decide whether the present DSE grading system is a good one.
But obviously the present grading system does not limit the % of students of each grade.
And that is why some subjects might have a lot more 4 and 5s. While some other subjects have more 2 and 3s.
