 I agreed that there are big difference on price and living environment even between two DLR stops.
 
 In my opinion, I only select the apartments locates at Canary Wharf and South Quay within 10 minutes walking distance.  I am now wating for exchange contract n of the flat locates at Canary Wharf which can walk to Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Reuters etc......
 
 West India Quay / Poplar / Island Gardens etc are also locates under E14 but the location is not good as Canary Wharf.
 
 Price of new built is now overvalued.  I am now focusing on those flats with 5-7 years old.  Rental yield is talking about 4.5-5%
