調查指超過3/4家長考慮送子女到外地讀書。

本港大學資助學位升學率低，不少家長尋求海外升學途徑。一項調查發現，本港家長願為子女升讀海外大學多付額外費用，惟12％家長並未為子女的大學教育作任何形式儲蓄，建議應及早儲蓄及投資。

匯豐調查全球16個國家及地區共5,500家長，包括300多名本港家長。報告顯示，本港大學的教育費用平均逾757,000港元，逾四份三家長考慮送子女到外地讀書，其中75％家長認為英國大學教育質素最高，但在當地攻讀學士學位，學費連生活費需最少926,000港元，較本港高出22％。匯豐稱，建議家長應及早儲蓄及投資。

Just 22% difference, should go to UK and save one year as well.

國際調查，全球16國，5500家長，香港家長只有300，無理由757k係香港人讀香港大學價錢，9xxk係香港人讀英國大學價錢架。

一係本地人讀本地大學價錢，一係外國人讀本地大學價錢。either case 22% 唔係唔合理。話時話，香港人讀香港大學有757k咁貴？

有沒有原本研究報告看？

TUITION AND OTHER FEES
There are differential composition (tuition) fees for local and non-local students. For local students, the composition fee is HK$42,100 in the academic year 2014-2015. The fee for local students in 2015-2016 has yet to be decided on Government’s advice but we do not expect it to differ significantly from the current fee. Non-local students are persons entering Hong Kong for the purpose of education with a student visa / entry permit issued by the Director of Immigration. For non-local students, the composition fee for 2015-2016 is HK$146,000 per year (tentative).
