May I know when is the appropriate time to arrange ATAS clearance certificate for visa application?Can I do this until I got the conditional offer from other unis? Or I better to arrange it first before any the final decision is made. It is because I'm not sure my son would stay in HK or study aboard after July. He presently has received an offer from one unis.
Actually, how long does it take from applying ATAS to UK Visa?
