I read from another mommy that Sunnyside has 3 intakes a year, Jan/Apr/Sep but anyway, if they have only two now, your child will probably start K1 in Apr 2006.  If you switch back to local, she will start K1 in Sep 2006 when she's 2Y8M.

About the fees for international primary, the lowest probably is ESF which is around $47,300.  Others range from about $55,000 to $130,000 a year.

How much is the school fee for Year 2005 - Year 2006 for K1?

There'll be an increase of school fee? ? ? I've paid the $500 deposit already. I'm still thinking whether I should let my kid go for the school as I expect my all teachers are really native speakers of English. I can see there are more Chinese helpers than English native-speaking teachers.

my child just had an interview with YMCA, the teachers are all native english speakers eventhough some of them are chinese, I have been spoken with them and I found that they have no cantonese accent at all, seems that they are not enducated in Hong Kong.  As they said there will be a new classroom next year so they will have more vacancies than last year.  Also I found that their helpers also can speak very english with the students.

For 2005/06, it's $4,324 x 10 for half day and $7,480 x 10 for half day.  Quite an increase from the current year, which is $3,744 x 11 and $6,477 x 11 respectively.

a lots of school also have 10 installments, compare with the other International School at Kowloon Tong, it is not very expensive.  My friend also got accepted at the YMCA and she highly recommend that is a very good school, expecially after their renovation.

my relative's daugther is studying in this kindergarten, and she said it is a very good kindergarten. however,  i concern that there is no Chinese class for my son so he cannot catch up with local primary school
