It's not as 谷 as I expected. In fact, for homework, as long as you are careful, it's not as much as I thought as well. Some of the homework is in fact the corrections, it's alright if your kids are careful enough, it's not an issue. My kid enjoys his life so far and has no complaints. He has to run a lot of errands for teachers and keep telling us teachers asked him to do this and that, but he's not complaining, in fact, I think he enjoys what he's doing.
This school gives a lot of opportunity to students to develop their potential, not just focused on top students. For e.g. an acadamic competition, teachers do not just ask the top students to participate but open to the rest if they want to join.
The other thing I would like to say, headmaster, majority of the teachers are good and work in a good team. In particular, I have strong feeling after participated in P.4 disciplinary camp. Even the instructor said only a few schools in Hong Kong will arrange such camp for P.4 students. But per the instructors, this school is really at the top tier and can lead the students well and the students in this school are also at top tier as what they have seen among other schools: good quality, most of the students with good discipline and can fulfil almost all of the difficult tasks arranged by the instructors.
Most of the students I see, most of them are good with self initiative to learn.
Of course, as a subsi school, it won't as free as it is in the private schools and have to obey a set of rules, but not bad as in reality, we are also bound by law in daily lives.
So far, my kid enjoys his school life and I am happy with his performance. Of course, if one has to be tricky, every school has its good and bad sides.
