fong媽,

my daughter is 6.5 years old la, before entering into APA, she was studying violin with a famous HK violinist, she start learning at 4. 初初我都唔知APA有junior course, 學左無幾耐，her teacher ask us to apply, 我的心都係諗住try. As APA's 入學都好睇你跟咩人/邊個學琴, so she is ok入倒, 入到去你會experience倒好多唔係一般琴行可有的機會。

Thank you very much for your sharing!! My daughter is now 2+ yr old. I understand that a good start is very important. Could you suggest good music course for 2+yr old children? I also plan to let her learn piano or violin later. Which would be better? What is your experience in chosing for your daughter? Do you have contact of Ms Wong's graduated pupil ? Could you tell me more about your daughter's famous violin teacher? I think I've asked too much. Please PM me. Thanks a lot.

For your 2 1/2 yrs old child, u can hv some music group course, like 親子音樂班, for this, I strongly suggest www.artscastle.com.hk, they offer trial class.

Besides, I hv 1 contact of Miss Wong's graduated pupil, and I know the above learning centre can 介紹你跟這類Professional musician, but hv to charge 面試費用, but 唔成功唔charge

For artscastle, would they have the professional musicians like Ms. Wong Yi Lun, Ms. Nancy Law, Ms. Lau Yue Wah or other pianoists as listed in the Hong Kong Academcy for Performing Arts booklet. Besides these pianists, what are the names of other famous pianoists in Hong Kong? I just know these names from the magazine. How much is the interview fee? Are the pianists from mainland China not OK due to their exposure in China only? Do Ms. Wong and Ms. Lau study music abroad?
