Taking 2 A languages will give you a bilingual diploma. This is however not the only way to get a bilingual DP. Another way is take say Chi A plus Eng B and do the rest in Eng, ie one's 1st language is Chi and take the other subjects in a different language. In any event, there must be a 1st language and I don!t think you can do both languages at B level.
