我想問下Giffgaff 用唔到香港信用咭TOPUP，係去到邊個步驟唔得？

我都剛去完UK，之前找在英國的朋友寄定張咭俾我，我開通到及用香港信用咭(Fubon VISA), 開通及之後再增值用信用咭都無問題。睇下可唔可以幫忙到解決點解其他人又唔得。
