Thanks a lot, Miamama818.  Does it means all students entering the school before 2016 (eg: entering in 2014) will also have to acquire their debenture in 2016?

As far as I know, besides English is proficiency, they also consider the self-disciplined of the child as well.  If your child is being good manner while interview, then she/he already sucess in the first part.  Don't worry!
