Hi parents, grateful if you could help me on one point. ESF announced that
there will be no more Cat1/2 streams for their admissions a while ago. But
when I check their kindergarten websites, I still see the Cat1/2
differentiation. Do you know if Cat1/2 has been abolished for all levels of admissions or is it just for the ESF primary and secondary schools? I wonder if I've misunderstood some of their information. Thank you!

I suspect this is because the Cat 1/2 system will be abolished for the new 2013/14 application period, which for ESF central application for Year 1 and 7 will be Sep1-30 and for ESF kindies will be from Oct 1-30,2013. So that's why they haven't changed it yet.
