I really hope that she will get more exposure to english ... The Toddler's World playgroup is 100% English, all of the teachers are of South Asian or South East Asian origin and they do speak good English albeit with a very slight accent, so slight that I wouldn't worry about it.
One thing you should be aware of though, it is a genuine playgroup in the sense that they just play with the children and don't teach anything academic, so don't expect your child to be able to read or write even simple alphabets or numbers afterwards. This won't matter if you are aiming for their kindergartens (or other non-selective kindergartens).
