Hi Michray, we have received the offer notice but it is pending education bureau for tuition fee confirmation thus there is nothing we can reply yet.
That's why I think they cannot send out the second batch of offers.

From what i heard, not until March the earliest.
But once they send parents the confirmed tuition fee, parents need to reply within a very short period of time, is that correct?
